A e-RMA is required to return any Oceanic or Hollis product directly to our US facility for service.



The following links are the Retail and Dealers Service Fee Price Lists. When creating the eRMA, please input the repair cost. Failing to do so can cause delays in processing your return.

Consumers should direct request for service to the original dealer where the item was purchased, or their current local authorized dealer. If no local authorized dealer is conveniently available, or if directed by an authorized dealer to return an item directly to the factory for service, you may "Create an Account" and proceed.
